This year, Sysco Software combined both our Belfast and Dublin based Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Customer Engagement User Day events, proudly welcoming our clients and partners to an all-Ireland event at Microsoft Ireland’s Headquarters in Dublin.

Martina Naughton, Global Partner Sales Director and Lynsey Trainor, Partner Development Manager at Microsoft provided an excellent overview, showcasing the depth of investment across Microsoft in Business Applications, Modern Workplace and the Microsoft Cloud – creating the world’s most trusted and comprehensive business cloud available today.

Sysco Software’s Microsoft Dynamics 365 consultancy and development teams came together to provide a day packed full of new information and innovation across the Microsoft Dynamics 365 stack; with two unique learning tracks covering the latest updates from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Customer Engagement – as well their ‘better together’ integration.
Our consultants also covered Power Platform functionality within Business Central and how Sysco Software’s Requirements Gathering methodology, SmartStep can transform how organisations approach new Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects with special guest and partner James Harmer from Seer 365.

Alongside Sysco Software were a number of our industry leading partners in the Cybersecurity and Contact Centre fields.
Kontex, an EKCO company, were represented by Director Frank Renehan provided an overview of how Sysco Software clients could avail of their cyber security monitoring programs. Kontext / EKCO engage with clients as their trusted advisors to drive the adoption of Microsoft Capabilities. They support enterprises by enhancing their Microsoft Stack with a focus on compliance and end-to-end security across Microsoft 365.

Solgari, a leader in contact centre integrations with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, were represented by VP of Sales and Partnerships, Joe Leberte and Ben Banks. Solgari presented on the always evolving consumer demands and the importance for organisations to enable immediate and flexible communications with their customers. Together, Sysco and Solgari create a unified contact centre across Dynamics 365, MS Teams, Power Platform, and Azure creating a seamless, consistent, and responsive customer experience.

Woodside Logistics Group, represented by Joseph Moffett and Mark Grain provided an excellent case study regarding their ERP journey with Sysco Software Solutions.
